During this week the children learnt about different aspects of being a Global Citizen. Some children were also able to take part in a dance workshop (courtesy of a Rockmount parent), which celebrated dance from around the world. The Rockmount Family also supported this week by coming into classes to read in the many different languages spoken around the world. We also had the privilege to hear some children speaking in their native tongue.

The week culminated in our 'Bring a Tin Wear a T' celebration. The children came into school wearing clothes from their countries and in colours representing the flags for their countries. It was great to see all the different cultures we have here at Rockmount and it was even more amazing to hear the children learning from each other about the world.
