TTRS Rockday!
On Times Tables Rock Star Day, all children (and teachers) came to school dressed as a rock star.
Pupils in Early Years and Year 1 also joined in, becoming maths rock stars for the day, watching the live competitions and taking part in fun maths activities in their classes. 
During the day, we held a ‘Battle of the Bands’ competition where classes could compete against each other. Children had the chance to challenge their teacher to a ‘Rock Slam’ – where they competed on time-table speed and accuracy.
Our 'Battle of the Bands' between classes will continue until Friday 24th January.
Our 'Battle of the Bands' between Rockmount, All Saints and Downsview will continue until Friday 7th February.
I've enjoyed battling my friends on TTRS, I want to win the competition.
I've had the best day ever! I can't wait to learn all my times tables!
